Booking on PalermoH works by request: the host confirms availability before you pay, and the booking is confirmed once payment clears.
For guests

Send a request
Review conditions and price, then send your request without paying yet.

Host accepts
You get an answer within the time shown on the listing.
- 04
Pay and confirm
Acceptance unlocks payment. Your booking is confirmed once payment clears.
Booking states
- Request sent
- Waiting for the host. No hold and no charge yet.
- Awaiting payment
- The host accepted. Dates are held until the payment window ends.
- Confirmed
- Payment cleared and the unit is assigned to your stay.
For hosts

List
Complete your listing with authorized photos, rates and calendar. We review it before it goes live.

Receive requests
Accept or decline within the time limit. On acceptance, dates are held while the guest pays.

Run the stay
With the optional Mag Clean service, cleaning is scheduled from your bookings.
